Chicago-based ÇÖKÜŞ (pronounced cho-koosh) is the product of 10 years of mostly virtual collaboration between former Earthen Grave bandmates Mark Weiner (vocals), Chris Wozniak (drums), and Jason Muxlow (guitars). In 2021, the group branded as ÇÖKÜŞ (Turkish for “decline” or “collapse”) and recruited bassist Patrick Green and guitarist Steve Ligeza to complete the lineup.
