Snooze is an eclectic, four-piece math rock and progressive metal band based in Chicago, Illinois. Often jokingly or affectionately described by fans and media as “Meshuggah in major,” the band is well-known for weaving incredibly bright, happy melodies and rich vocal harmonies through heavy, polyrhythmic, and neck-snapping breakdown. Formed in Chicago, the group consists of four members who handle dense instrumentation alongside shared vocal duties.
