The Kings were formed in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Oakville, Ontario in the late 1970s. Sometimes you see a band you’ve never heard and you know they’re headed for greatness. This happened to me when I saw Snarky Puppy play Reggies Music Joint opening up for Oso Closo back in 2008.
